VANS was sponsoring a Kustom Kulture Art Show during the US Open of Surf in Huntington Beach, CA. With over a million people flocking to the beach for the US Open of Surf, we went to the heart of the event and built a 20 ft. Ratfink inspired sand sculpture to let them know about the art show down the street. We also helped them spread the word around town and on the beach with posters and an art gallery installation.
